The Jeremie Jail is in need of your love and support.  The 350 inmates live in horrid conditions, often without food.  Inmate crimes are usually minor in nature, often theft.  Inmates can be jailed for years for 'alleged' crimes without having their cases heard by a judge because they have no money to hire a lawyer.  Therefore they may spend years in jail even before they have received any sentence.

We have recently provided mats for cement floors for sleeping, individually numbered plasticware for all inmates, clothing and most recently a mobile medical and dental clinic.

Teams can most help this ministry by providing money to help pay lawyers, provide mobile medical visits, supplying food, and providing simple medicine such as Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and antacids.  Clothes (shorts and t-shirts), rubber sandals, personal hygiene products and sewing materials for women are also in need.
